Go Far Global provides immigration consulting services through Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) registered with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Our services include but are not limited to:

Immigration decisions are made solely by the Government of Canada. While we provide professional guidance and prepare the strongest possible applications, we cannot and do not guarantee the approval of any immigration application. Past success rates do not guarantee future results. Each case is assessed independently by the relevant government authority.

Either party may terminate the consulting engagement as outlined in the retainer agreement. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client provides false information, engages in abusive conduct, or fails to meet their obligations under the retainer agreement.
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of the Province of Ontario, in the City of Toronto.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site or our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
