1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at www.gofarglobal.com (the “Site”) or engaging the immigration consulting services of GO FAR GLOBAL LTD. (“Go Far Global,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Scope of Services

Go Far Global provides immigration consulting services through Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) registered with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Our services include but are not limited to:

Immigration assessments and eligibility evaluations
Express Entry profile creation and management
Work permit, study permit, and visitor visa applications
Family sponsorship applications
Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) applications
Permanent residence applications
Representation before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB)

Specific services, fees, and obligations are outlined in the retainer agreement signed between you and Go Far Global before the commencement of any engagement.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

Immigration decisions are made solely by the Government of Canada. While we provide professional guidance and prepare the strongest possible applications, we cannot and do not guarantee the approval of any immigration application. Past success rates do not guarantee future results. Each case is assessed independently by the relevant government authority.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at all times
Promptly supply all requested documents and information within the specified timelines
Notify us immediately of any changes to your personal circumstances that may affect your application (e.g., change in marital status, employment, criminal record, or address)
Pay all fees as outlined in the retainer agreement
Review and approve all documents before submission
Refrain from misrepresenting facts to any government authority

Failure to provide accurate information or meet deadlines may result in delays, application refusals, or termination of the retainer agreement.

5. Fees and Payment

Consulting fees are outlined in the retainer agreement and must be paid according to the agreed schedule
Government filing fees are separate from our consulting fees and are the client's responsibility
Fees for initial consultations, if any, are specified at the time of booking
Refund policies are governed by the retainer agreement and CICC regulations

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Go Far Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website
We are not responsible for delays or denials by IRCC or any other government authority
We are not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, tools, and software, is the property of GO FAR GLOBAL LTD. or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission.

8. Website Use

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of the Province of Ontario, in the City of Toronto.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site or our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
