Refund & Cancellation Policy

Go Far Global provides professional immigration consulting services. Because we sell professional time and expertise rather than physical goods, the following terms apply to all payments.

Consultation Fees

• If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled consultation, you receive a full refund.
• If you cancel within 24 hours, or do not attend, the consultation fee is non-refundable, as the time was reserved for you.
• Once a consultation has taken place, the fee is non-refundable. If you retain us for full representation within 30 days, your consultation fee is credited toward your service retainer.

Professional Service (Retainer) Fees

• Professional fees are earned as work is performed and are governed by the written retainer agreement you sign with us.
• If you cancel before we begin work, you receive a full refund of any unearned fees.
• If you cancel after work has begun, we refund the portion of fees not yet earned, calculated against the work completed to that point. Fees for work already performed are non-refundable.

Government and Third-Party Fees

Fees paid to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), provincial governments, biometrics providers, medical panels, translation services, or other third parties are set and collected by those parties and are non-refundable through us.

No Guarantee of Outcome

As a licensed firm regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), we cannot and do not guarantee the approval of any application. A refusal by IRCC or any government body is not grounds for a refund of fees for work already performed.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@gofarglobal.com with your name and file reference. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
